Inspiration
MOOLUは、生まれ育った札幌の街を深く愛している。首都圏での暮らしを経て、再び札幌の空気に包まれながら創作に向き合う日々を送る。幼い頃、一面の雪景色を前に胸を躍らせたあの感覚は、今も創作の根底に息づいている。

Style
主にiPadのProcreateを使用し、制作を行う。特にカラーリングには細心の注意を払い、隣り合う色同士が調和しながらも互いを引き立て合うよう、丁寧に選び抜いている。
Profile
1991年札幌生まれ、札幌育ち。札幌在住。
教育大学で現代美術を専攻した後に上京。印刷やアパレル業界での経験を積む。
北海道へ戻ってからは、デザインの仕事に携わりながら、2024年より本格的にイラストレーターとして活動を開始。
MOOLUが描くのは、ゆったりとしたリズムを紡ぐたおやかな曲線と、深みのあるシックな色彩に差し込まれる鮮やかなアクセントが生み出す、夢見心地のような日常風景。
現実よりも少しだけ重力が軽く、そこに存在するものすべてが、心地よい温かさと優しさに包まれながら、ふわりと柔らかに息づいている。
音楽とファッションに心を奪われることが多く、ライブの熱気と大きな音の波に身を委ねることで、創作のインスピレーションとエネルギーを得ている。
Born and raised in Hokkaido, Japan, MOOLU currently resides in Sapporo.
After studying contemporary art at a university of education, she moved to Tokyo, gaining experience in the printing and fashion industries.
Returning to Hokkaido, she continued working in design while officially beginning her career as an illustrator in 2024.
MOOLU's work is characterized by graceful, flowing curves that weave a gentle rhythm and a deep, subdued color palette punctuated by vivid accents, creating dreamlike scenes of everyday life.
In these compositions, gravity feels ever so slightly lighter than in reality, allowing everything within to breathe softly, wrapped in warmth and quiet kindness.
Often captivated by music and fashion, MOOLU finds inspiration and creative energy in the immersive waves of sound and atmosphere at live performances.
